Abstract
Die Europäische Währungsunion ist weiterhin bedroht. Doch dank der EZB herrscht trügerische Ruhe. Zeit, die zur Gründung eines flexiblen, zweistufigen „Währungsverbundes“ genutzt werden sollte.
