Abstract
Der Fall TUI zeigt, was von den mitgliedsstaatlichen Sozialordnungen übrig bliebe, würde man die Kommission dort hinlassen, wo sie mit Gewalt hindrängt. Höchste Zeit, sich der Erzählung vom „Sozialen Europa“ zu entledigen.
