Abstract
The author describes Clinocera (Kovarzia) sandaliae sp. n. from Sardinia, and C. (K.) jalonae sp. n. from Spain. Both species are close relatives, concerning all morphological features. They can be distinguished by the shape of cerci and inner appendage of epandrium, and by the number and distribution of thorn shaped bristles on tibiae 3. The closest relative of both is the Central European C. tibiella Mik.
