Abstract
Abstract A method to research laser irradiation with the help of tracer particles is present, the different inorganic salts act as thermal probes to scale the compact near infrared laser (NIR) energy and check the thermal stability polymer film under extreme conditions. In this method a nano-plotter creates salt nanocrystals on a polystyrene film. The evolution of different kinds of inorganic nanocrystals morphologies under laser annealing and room temperature is studied by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). Keywords: laser annealing, thermal probe, nano-plotter.
