 Abstract: Virale Vaccine spielen eine wichtige Rolle in der Prävention, der Kontrolle und der Bekämpfung von infektiösen Erkrankungen wie AIDS, Influenza, Hepatitis usw. Es wird über die Kultivierung von adhärenten Zelllinien (Madin Darby Canine Kidney, MDCK) in statischen und Monolayer Systemen berichtet. Der Fokus richtet sich dabei auf den Zellmetabolismus während der Wachstums- und der Virusreplikationsphase wie auch um eine mathematische Modellierung des Prozesses der Virusproduktion.
