 Abstract: If a moving object suddenly disappears, its last seen position is usually perceived as being further forward along the path of motion. This 'representational-momentum effect' can also be found in objects which change size. We tested whether representational momentum affects the action system. Cubes of different sizes were presented to ten participants on.
