Zusammenfassung: Activation maps acquired with perfusion-based FMRI are known to be more specific to the parenchyma and less sensitive to proximal draining veins compared to BOLD [1]. Here, the specificity of ASL activation maps in the nonhuman primate was investigated at high spatial resolution. Since the choice of labeling parameters can affect the specificity of the measured activation, the influence of the post-labeling-delay (PLD) and labeling-time (LT) on perfusion-based activation maps was evaluated.
