Abstract
Internetkriminalität ist aufgrund der weltweiten Datennetze ein globales Phänomen. Die Befugnisse der nationalen Strafverfolgungsbehörden enden jedoch an den Staatsgrenzen. Der Zugriff auf illegale Inhalte im Internet wird daher zunehmend mit einer Strategie nationaler Abschottung beantwortet: Wenn nicht direkt gegen Inhalte auf ausländischen Servern vorgegangen werden kann, soll zumindest der Zugriff der Bürger auf dem eigenen Territorium unterbunden werden. Dies ist allerdings technisch problematisch und rechtlich hoch umstritten.
