 Abstract: One reaction, two routes: Full-dimensional non-adiabatic dynamics simulations shed light on the ultrafast photoinduced Wolff rearrangement in an α-diazocarbonyl compound. The trajectories show both concerted asynchronous and stepwise processes leading to the corresponding ketene.
