Bibliometric data has been compiled for the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences and five other institutions working in similar areas of research (selected by the MPI-CBS). The data includes the number of publications and their citations, as well as further derivative indicators, which allow quantitative assessments of publication “output” and, in particular, of the “impact” that these publications have had within the scientific community.
